Ultrasound therapy: It can reduce inflammation and speed up the repair of injured tissue. In addition, ultrasound can promote blood circulation and reduce tissue adhesion after injury.

The role of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS): The electrical current can stimulate the nerves under the skin, reducing the transmission of pain information to the brain, and can stimulate the body to release endorphins, thereby reducing pain. The instruments used in this treatment are usually small and lighter and more convenient.

Not everyone is suitable for ultrasound therapy. For example, patients with cardiac pacemakers, cancer patients, and bacterial infections at the treatment site are not suitable for ultrasound therapy.
